Terms

Last updated 1 October 2026. These terms are between you and [BUSINESS NAME TO BE CONFIRMED] ("we"). By creating an account or using Overset you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

What Overset is

Overset is a workout log with an optional paid feature, Trainer, which suggests the reps and loads for your next sessions from what you have logged. It is a training tool, not medical advice. It does not know your health, injuries or limits. Talk to a doctor before you start a programme if you have any doubt, stop if something hurts, and use your own judgement over any suggestion.

Your account

You must be 16 or over. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. One person per account.

Your data

What you log is yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the app works, as set out in the Privacy policy. You can export it or delete your account whenever you like.

Using Overset

Do not break the law, try to get into other people's accounts or our systems, overload the service, copy it or its content, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

Trainer and payments

Logging is free. Trainer is a subscription (monthly, yearly or lifetime) bought through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Apple or Google takes the payment, renews it and handles refunds under their own rules; you cancel in your Apple or Google account settings. If a subscription ends, you keep your data and the free logger.

The service

We work to keep Overset running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features, and we will give reasonable notice of anything that affects what you have paid for. Please export your data now and then.

Our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. If you are a consumer, you also keep your statutory rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before a change that matters takes effect. If you carry on using Overset after that, you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear any dispute (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts).
